Q: Heartbeat vs cord vs placenta doppler?

I get two different beats one that's sounds like a train 160bpm and one that's sounds more like my own pulse (not like a train) but 152bpm. I've read that the placenta sounds like a wind and I can find that also. Is the second sound the cord or a twin behind the other? My only ultrasound appointment is in the end of August.

I'm now convinced that the second beat is the cord because I can hear it on the exact same place now every time. It sounds just like a heartbeat but without that sharp sound, baby's heartbeat is always 160bpm and the cord 152bpm.

the baby's pulse is much faster then your own so you will know its the baby's as soon as you hear it, its a little tricky to find depending on the week and I always found that I'd find it and then baby would move and I'd lose it and have to search all over again.

I'm from Sweden and we don't do HCG test unless something's wrong. I have the same symptoms as with my first son and no twins in my family ever.

it sounds like to me you're picking up the umbilical cord! But you never now until you get youre u/s could be twins. Has youre HCG been way higher than average? That can be a sign of twins.
