Im now 12w 4days.
After reading my pregnancy book I was kinda hoping that some of the symptoms would wear off! I've been really nauceous the last couple of weeks, very gassy, constipated (sorry for tmi) moody and headachy. I have also been really down in the dumps! Thrilled to be pregnant but urgh!
I keep waiting for it to feel good!

I get queasy on and off, but I never throw up, knock on wood! I also get the dizziness, food aversions, and occasional constipation. Enjoy the lack of nausea and thank your lucky stars; I'm relieved that I'm not laid up with vomiting like a friend of mine. Congrats, BTW!
PS- extra water might help with the constipation, it works for me! ;)

I barely had any nausea and NO vomiting at all during my first trimester. I'm still feeling great, and at 18 weeks, everything looks perfect so far. It is hard not to worry, especially when you don't have many symptoms, but my advice is to enjoy not being super sick :)
